Booking & Payment Policy
-When you are ready to book your selected tour, you can pay us using your credit card by a secure link that we will send.
-To confirm your booking with us, we require a deposit. When we receive the deposit, we start the reservation process. Once the reservations are complete, you will get notified by an email attached with a copy of all your invoices to verify the enclosed expenses.
-Families accompany children will receive a discount on their booking.

Refund & Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
To help you book your tour with us with confidence, Detour Morocco has made the Covid-19 cancellation policy even more flexible for our clients. If for some reason the travel rules change to enter Morocco, or if we are incapable of affording the tour under any circumstances beyond our control, our company commits to giving you a full refund of your deposit or you can have the possibility to reschedule your tour to an ulterior appropriate date without any extra fees.
-You can have a full refund of the balance if you cancel your tour +30 days before the date of your trip.
-No refund if you cancel your tour -30 days before the date of your trip.
-Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your tour.
-Please be mindful that we reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that the safety of our travelers may be compromised. In this case, the refund of the balance received comprises a full settlement.
-If we are incapable of affording the tour under any circumstances beyond our control or for unexpected reasons, we will provide full reimbursement for all payments received to date.
